Sol, “The original Mexican sunshine beer” is a blond Mexican, light, festive and refreshing golden coloured pilsner-style beer with a fresh malty, fruity-lemony flavour and a soft, quenching dry finish. Serve chilled and drunk in the long neck bottle with a fresh wedge of lime in the neck to accentuate the floral citrusy aroma of the beer. Great with lemony dishes like salads, fish and chicken satay or spicy food like nachos, tacos or Thai dishes and summer barbecues.
