Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower – his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon’s first release!
Tasting Notes
Whilst the label might be bold, this is in fact a very delicate Champagne with Salted butter, vanilla and almost a sea saltiness to the Champagne.
