Grapes are sourced from various small holdings throughout Castilla in Spain where vines are older (30 years or so) and produce a small volume of expressive juice. Yes, this means the wines are full of character but equally this has ensured the owners of these small holdings have a livelihood going forward – one that they are totally reliant on.
Tasting Notes
A un oaked, juicy red wine wine which is a blend of Tempranillo and Syrah. Medium bodied the wine has lovely red berried flavours backed up by subtle Rosemary and Chocolate aromas.
